DMCA & Reporting

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against KinkyRoulette.chat.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.
